Portfolio Building Class 

1. Enrolment:

• The Parent/Guardian enrols their child,  The Art Exchange CIC's portfolio building class.

• The class is held on Thursdays at 4:30 PM,

2. Fees:

• The fee for the class is £7 per week.

• Payments can be made weekly, if child doesn’t attend for whatever reason and 48 hrs notice hasn’t been given the parent is liable to pay for the week.

• A commitment to the entire 7-week term is required to secure enrolment.

3. Attendance:

• Regular attendance is encouraged. Please notify The Art Exchange CIC of any absences in advance minimum of 48hrs.

• The Art Exchange CIC reserves the right to withdraw a student from the class if attendance is consistently poor.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

• If a student withdraws from the class before the start of the term, a full refund will be provided.

• If a student withdraws during the term, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.

• The Art Exchange CIC reserves the right to cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances. If the class is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

5. Liability:

• The Art Exchange CIC will ensure safety of all children however please make them aware that they need to ensure they take responsibility for their own actions and safety too.

6. Data Protection:

• The Art Exchange CIC will collect and store personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.

• Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of managing the class and communicating with parents/guardians.

7. Amendments:

• The Art Exchange CIC reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in writing.

 

1:1 Sessions

This agreement is made between  The Art Exchange CIC and [Service User] for one-to-one sessions. Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Session Details: The one-to-one sessions will occur Weekly on [agreed-upon dates and times].

2. Cancellation Policy:[Service User] agrees to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice in case of cancellation or rescheduling of a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Responsibilities: The Art Exchange CIC agrees to be punctual and prepared for each session. [Service User] agrees to actively participate and engage in the sessions to the best of their ability.

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during the sessions, unless required by law.

5. Payment: Payment for each session is to be made at least 48 hours prior to the session or make a promise to pay in case of cancellation .

6. Duration: Each session will last for [agreed-upon duration].

7. Costings vary due to material usage and costings should be agreed with The Art Exchange CIC prior to starting the session.

By participating in these one-to-one sessions, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
